Paros offers a fantastic culinary scene, blending fresh seafood, local cheeses, and traditional Greek dishes.

Try “gouna” (sun-dried mackerel), “revithada” (slow-cooked chickpeas), and “karavoli” (snails in tomato sauce). The island also has excellent local wines, particularly from the Moraitis Winery, which offers tastings of its superb Parian varieties.
