Often overshadowed by nearby Santorini, Folegandros is its more introspective, poetic sibling. The island features dramatic cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and a Cycladic main town (Chora) perched on the edge of a cliff with panoramic views of the Aegean.

There are no party scenes or cruise ship crowds here—just small boutique hotels, meandering footpaths, and a laid-back vibe. The Church of Panagia offers stunning sunset views, and beaches like Agali and Livadaki are refreshingly uncrowded.
