10Fiskardo, Kefalonia

Fiskardo is often described as the jewel of Kefalonia, and for good reason. One of the few villages spared during the devastating 1953 earthquake, it retains its original Venetian architecture, with colorful houses lining a picture-perfect harbor.

Elegant yachts sit alongside traditional fishing boats, while bougainvillea cascades over balconies. Despite its popularity, Fiskardo maintains a refined, relaxed atmosphere that feels timeless rather than touristic.
