Naxos, the largest of the Cyclades, is often overlooked for its flashier neighbors like Santorini or Mykonos. Out of season, Naxos Town becomes an oasis of calm.

Wander through the narrow alleys of the old town, explore Venetian-era mansions, and discover quiet cafés and local tavernas. The port remains picturesque, yet peaceful, with only the occasional fisherman tending to his boat. The cooler months also offer excellent hiking along the island’s scenic trails, far from the summer crowds.
