One of the oldest and most important Christian monuments in Greece, Panagia Ekatontapiliani is located in Parikia on the island of Paros. Its name means “the church with a hundred doors,” and it dates back to the 4th century.

Built during the early Byzantine period, the complex features chapels, courtyards, and intricate stone architecture that has been preserved for centuries. Its simple beauty and spiritual atmosphere make it a place of deep cultural and religious importance.

For many visitors, this church represents the transition from ancient pagan traditions to the Christian heritage that shaped the Cyclades for generations.
