Begin in Zakynthos Town, then sail north along the Turtle Coast, named for the endangered loggerhead turtle (Caretta caretta) that nests here. Anchor near Navagio Beach (Shipwreck Beach) — one of Greece’s most photographed spots — and explore nearby sea caves by dinghy. 

Continue north to Kefalonia, the largest Ionian island. Its diverse landscapes range from rugged mountains to sandy shores like Myrtos Beach. Fiskardo, a picturesque northern port, offers excellent nightlife and dining.
