3Psili Ammos, Patmos
Psili Ammos is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Patmos and feels wonderfully wild compared to the island’s more organized spots. Reached by a hike or a boat ride, it offers a long stretch of golden sand and open views of the sea.
There are minimal facilities, and the natural setting has been preserved. Sand dunes, clear shallow water, and wide open space give it a peaceful, almost untouched atmosphere.
Because it’s not easily accessible, it never feels overcrowded. It’s the perfect place for a quiet swim, a long walk along the shore, or simply enjoying the calm rhythm of the waves.
