Balos looks like a tropical illusion dropped on the edge of Europe: pale pink sands, clear aquamarine shallows, and a towering rocky islet that guards the entire lagoon.

Its water shifts color constantly — mint green, baby blue, turquoise, milky white — creating a gradient so smooth it looks painted. From above, Balos appears Photoshopped, a place where reality seems to bend toward something more dreamlike.
