The Cyclades are among the most famous sailing destinations in Greece, with their iconic whitewashed buildings, charming fishing harbors, and golden beaches. This group of islands in the Aegean Sea offers excellent sailing conditions, particularly in the summer when the Meltemi wind provides strong breezes for an exciting sailing experience.

Santorini is a must-visit in the Cyclades, famous for its dramatic caldera and breathtaking sunsets. Sailing here allows you to admire the towering cliffs, swim in volcanic hot springs, and anchor at secluded coves away from the crowds. Milos is a sailor’s dream with its surreal rock formations, including the mesmerizing white cliffs of Sarakiniko and the stunning sea caves of Kleftiko. This island’s coastline is best explored by boat, as many of its hidden beaches are only accessible from the water. Meanwhile, Paros and Naxos provide a mix of beautiful beaches, traditional villages, and reliable winds, making them perfect stops for sailing enthusiasts.
