Prague’s Old Town is one of Europe’s most recognizable historic centers, but its popularity is understandable.
The Old Town Square provides a spectacular introduction, surrounded by centuries-old buildings and dominated by the famous astronomical clock. From there, narrow streets extend toward the Charles Bridge and the river.
Yet Prague becomes even more interesting when you leave the busiest routes. Small passages, quiet courtyards and lesser-known streets reveal another side of the historic center.
